💡 Here’s a pro tip for maximizing your hypertrophy: test your limits! 🏋️‍♂️

We all know that training close to muscular failure is essential for building muscle. But, how do you know when you’re truly pushing yourself to the max?

👉 By finding your maximum reps at a certain weight, you’ll be able to understand exactly when you’re close to failure (within 3 reps is the sweet spot). This is especially crucial for tough exercises like hip thrusters and deadlifts.
